T22311 Steam Locomotive with Tender.
Prototype: New York Central Railroad class H 6 fast freight locomotive. Standard design United States Railroad Association (USRA) 2-8-2 "Mikado". Built starting in 1918.
Use: Road service on many American railroads.
Model: NEM version wheels and couplers. Diecast metal frame, boiler, and tender body. Locomotive comes with a built-in DCC decoder in an 8-pin NEM digital connector and with a sound effects circuit. Conventional operation by means of the diode plugs included with the locomotive. High-efficiency motor with bell-shaped armature, in the firebox. 4 axles powered. 2 traction tires. LED headlight. Headlight will work in conventional operation and can be controlled digitally. A smoke generator can be retrofitted into the locomotive. Headlight, smoke generator contact, steam locomotive sound effects, different other operating sounds as well as acceleration and braking delay can be digitally controlled. Prototypical coupler plugged in on the front, non-working version. Close coupling between locomotive and tender. NEM coupler pocket and close coupler mechanism on the tender. Many separately applied details. Figures of engineer and fireman included for the engineer's cab.

Prototype: Italian State Railways (FS) class 213 small locomotive. Former German class Köf II, B wheel arrangement. Version with open engineer's cab. Built starting in 1934.
Use: Switching work and industrial service.
Model: Era IV, diecast metal frame and body. Digital decoder for DCC and Selectrix with automatic system recognition, can also be used conventionally. 5-pole miniature motor with flywheel. 2 axles powered. Headlights are LED's. Headlights can be controlled digitally. Separately applied metal grab irons. NEM coupler pockets. Length over the buffers 74 mm / 2-15/16".

Prototype: Austrian Federal Railways (BBÖ / ÖBB) class 659 heavy freight locomotive, 2-12-0 design. Former German class 59, and Württemberg class K before that. Built starting in.
Use: In Austria on the Semmering line after 1945.
Model: Era III, diecast metal frame and boiler. Locomotive has an NEM digital connector. High-efficiency motor with bell-shaped armature built into the boiler. Rigid frame with axles with side play, able to negotiate sharp curves. 6 driving axles powered. 4 traction tires. Adjustable close coupling between locomotive and tender. Free-standing lanterns with LED's. A smoke generator can be retrofitted into the locomotive. Tender has a raised coal bunker. Detailed engineer's cab, figures of locomotive engineer and fireman included. Length over the buffers 235 / 237 mm / 9-1/4" / 9-5/16".

Model: Era IV, diecast metal frame and hoods front and rear. NEM-S digital connector. 5-pole miniature motor with a flywheel. 3 axles and jackshaft powered. Use: Freight trains and commuter passenger service.
